Commercial boundaries
Non-circumvention. True North Agentics does not solicit partner clients.
Communication owner. The partner leads client communication unless a specific exception is agreed in writing.
Scope control. Acceptance tests, exclusions, change orders, access, and incident responsibilities are written before build work.
Brand control. Deliverables can be partner-branded; True North attribution is optional unless required by law or a third-party service.
Data minimization. The fit check uses redacted material. Live credentials and client data are handled only after scope and access controls are agreed.
Final commercial, privacy, security, and non-circumvention terms belong in a signed partner agreement reviewed by counsel.
