True North Agentics is a business of Parallel North Inc.. This notice describes the website practices in use as of the date above. It is an operational disclosure, not legal advice; counsel review remains recommended.

Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect your name, work email, company, role, workflow details, systems named in the form, and stated implementation goals. Do not submit passwords, regulated data, live client records, or other sensitive information through the public website.

How we use information

We use submitted information to assess fit, respond to your request, prepare a possible scope, improve the website, and route inquiries to the systems used to operate the business.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently load Google Analytics 4, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, or another third-party advertising pixel. The event hooks remain in the website code but the provider identifiers are blank, so they do not transmit analytics events.

Before third-party analytics or advertising pixels are enabled, True North Agentics will review the consent approach for the intended traffic and update this notice and the site controls as appropriate.

Service providers and processing locations

Hostinger serves the public website. The current inquiry forms send submissions to a Supabase Edge Function, which stores the lead record in Supabase. When the configured integrations are available, the workflow also forwards the inquiry to a Google Sheet and sends a notification email. We do not sell inquiry submissions.

These providers may process or store information outside Canada, depending on the service region and account configuration. Information handled in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction's laws. We remain responsible for choosing and configuring providers appropriate to the information submitted.

Retention and safeguards

Retention follows the purpose of the record rather than one period for every submission. We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to assess and respond, preserve relevant business records, resolve a privacy or security request, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required for those purposes should be deleted or anonymized. We use access controls and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-transactional follow-up.
