True North Agentics is a business of Parallel North Inc.. These terms describe use of this website. They do not replace a signed project or partner agreement, and counsel review remains recommended.

Website information

The website provides general information about agentic automation and implementation services. It does not create a client relationship until a separate written agreement is signed.

Project inquiry output

The project inquiry form is an initial business intake tool. Any fit assessment, workflow idea, timing, or price discussed afterward is directional until the scope, assumptions, acceptance tests, responsibilities, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.

Partner delivery

Descriptions of white-label delivery, non-circumvention, wholesale pricing, warranties, or partner responsibilities are summaries of the intended commercial model. They become binding only when included in a signed partner or project agreement.

No guaranteed outcomes

Any case study, work example, estimate, timeline, savings model, or workflow idea is illustrative and not a guarantee. Actual results depend on data quality, systems, team adoption, budget, compliance needs, and implementation scope.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, confidential third-party, regulated, or highly sensitive data through the public website form.
